Performed scheduled maintenance service on Goodman HVAC system in Post. Equipment inspection revealed several issues requiring attention: condenser coils were approximately 60% obstructed with debris, reducing efficiency; capacitor showing signs of swelling (43.2μF, rated for 45μF); and condensate drain line partially blocked. Thoroughly cleaned condenser coils using appropriate cleaning solution and low-pressure rinse. Replaced dual-run capacitor with OEM equivalent to prevent imminent failure. Cleared condensate line blockage and installed clean-out access port for future maintenance. Checked refrigerant charge via subcooling method - system properly charged. Inspected all electrical connections using infrared thermography - no hotspots detected. Cleaned flame sensor on furnace side for winter preparation. Replaced air filter with customer-provided MERV 11 filter. System operating within manufacturer specifications with 17.5°F temperature differential. Recommended quarterly filter ch
