We're new home owners and we were having an issue with our heat not getting to temperature. We called Honeycreek and they were quick, responsive, and got us on the schedule in no time. Jim Arndt came out to take a look at the system. As he was diagnosing our issue, he took the time to explain what was what, common issues to look out for, and regular maintenance we could and should do ourselves. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
