1st pm on cool club, cleaned treated and flushed drain line. Treated evaporator and pan, wiped inside of cabinet clean. Cleaned flame sensor. Tested gas heat operation. Checked temperature split and charge, checked Amp draw and voltage on all start and run components. Cleaned condenser. System fully operational. Next PM in 6months
