The Rheem unit was manufactured in 2005 and had a cycle in both cooling and heating. The motors were in fair condition, and the washable filter was washed out. Most of the electrical components were within the manufacturer's specifications. The condenser coil was washed out, and the blower wheel compartment was dirty. The added weight will unbalance the blower wheel. The condenser was getting excessively hot, and the blower motor was recommended to be replaced soon.
