Performed maintenance for this customer. Which included: Cycled cooling at the thermostat. Recorded temperature splits. Wiped down the return grilles. Verified there were clean filters in place. Tested the starter for the compressor/fan motor, which is within spec. Performed amp draws on all motor motors. Washed the condenser coil. Tightened all electrical connections. Inspected the ductwork/insulation level. Verified the drain line was flowing properly. Customer was very happy with our services.
