I was dispatched to a customer's home to perform a tune-up on their Goodman gas furnace. The unit had been running for a while without any issues, but the customer noticed that it was making a noise when turned on. Upon inspection, I found that the blower motor was making a slight squeal. I replaced the motor and the unit was back to normal. The customer was happy with the service and thanked me for my help.
