I received a call from Genesis at 12:50 PM to turn off the water to the right side of the building. I arrived at the scene and found that the water was shut off at the main valve. I took a reading of the water meter and found that the flow rate was 100 gallons per minute. I then called Genesis to report the findings and received instructions to turn off the water to the right side of the building. I also took a picture of the meter and sent it to Genesis for their records. I then left the scene and completed the necessary paperwork.
