The customer reported that the house was not cool at all. Upon further inspection, the technician discovered that the system was low on Freon. The technician advised the customer that there was a leak that needed to be addressed immediately. The customer agreed to proceed with a dye check and refrigerant. The technician injected the system with dye and 70% of the Freon. The customer is scheduled for us to return next week to search for the leak.
