AC System Installation: Arrived at the client’s home to install a new air conditioning system. Removed the old unit and set the new AC in place, connecting all refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and ductwork. Evacuated and charged the system, then tested cooling performance and airflow. Verified proper operation and efficiency, and reviewed system features and maintenance instructions with the client.
HVAC Maintenance: Arrived at the client’s home to perform routine HVAC system maintenance. Inspected and cleaned all major components, including the condenser and evaporator coils, blower motor, and ductwork. Checked refrigerant levels, tested thermostat accuracy, and replaced air filters. Verified proper operation in both heating and cooling modes and provided the client with recommendations for ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
HVAC System Repair: Arrived at the client’s home to address uneven airflow in the HVAC system. Inspected the ductwork and found a malfunctioning damper motor preventing proper zone control. Replaced the faulty damper motor, tested airflow to all zones, and confirmed even distribution throughout the home. Informed the client that the repair was successful and the system is now operating correctly.
