HVAC Repair: Arrived to inspect an AC system producing a loud humming noise without compressor startup. Electrical testing confirmed a failed dual run capacitor. Replaced the capacitor, inspected motor components, verified proper startup amperage, and tested system operation.
Central AC System Repair: Arrived to troubleshoot a central AC system that would not power on. Electrical testing identified a failed contactor and heat-damaged wiring at the disconnect. Replaced the contactor, repaired wiring connections, verified voltage levels, and tested system startup and operation.
HVAC Replacement Service: Arrived to evaluate an aging HVAC system with frequent breakdowns and reduced efficiency. Determined replacement was the most cost-effective solution. Removed the existing equipment, installed a new high-efficiency system, completed refrigerant charging, electrical connections, and performed startup testing.
HVAC Repair Service: Dispatched to diagnose inconsistent temperatures and improper system cycling. Inspection revealed a malfunctioning thermostat with incorrect calibration and communication issues. Replaced the thermostat, verified proper wiring, programmed system settings, and tested heating and cooling modes to ensure accurate temperature control.
Ductless Mini-Split Installation: Arrived to install a ductless mini-split system. Mounted indoor and outdoor units, installed refrigerant and electrical connections, evacuated and charged the system, and tested operation to confirm efficient heating and cooling performance.
Indoor Air Quality Installation: Dispatched to install a PureAir whole-home air purification system due to allergy and air quality concerns. Integrated the system into the existing HVAC equipment, installed filtration and UV components, verified electrical connections, and tested system functionality.
HVAC Repair: A homeowner reported that their heat pump wasn’t providing enough heat, leaving the home uncomfortably cool. After inspecting the system, I discovered a failing outdoor fan motor that wasn’t dispersing heat properly during operation. I replaced the faulty motor, confirmed proper airflow across the coil, and tested the system in heating mode. With the repair complete, the heat pump delivered strong, consistent heating throughout the home.
