Excellent professional service and very friendly disposition. Would definitely recommend Dallas to other people.
Very satisfied with service performed.
Just finished servicing a 3-ton variable-speed heat pump system. Recharged refrigerant to factory specs, cleaned coils, checked static pressure, and verified proper airflow. System's running at peak efficiency with a 20 SEER rating. Customer’s airflow and humidity levels are spot on now.
Troubleshot a Trane heat pump in Washington, LA that wasn’t cooling. Found a faulty defrost control board causing the system to stay in heat mode. Replaced the board and tested system operation.
Diagnosed and repaired a Lennox XC25 system with intermittent communication errors today. Found corroded low-voltage connections at the condenser causing improper communication between thermostat and control board. Cleaned terminals, applied dielectric grease, and re-terminated connections. Also replaced failing pressure transducer that was causing erratic superheat readings. System now communicating properly with indoor air handler. Ran full diagnostic tests through iComfort S30 interface - all parameters now within specification. Another happy customer in Baton Rouge!
Completed preventive maintenance on a 5-ton Carrier Infinity system with variable-speed compressor. Inspected contactors for pitting, measured capacitor microfarads (within 6% of rating), and verified refrigerant pressures (410A at 125/425 psi). Cleaned condenser coils with enzymatic cleaner, removing significant pollen buildup. Checked superheat (12°F) and subcooling (11°F) - both optimal. Calibrated TXV and verified proper delta-T across evaporator. Customer's system is now running at peak efficiency.
Blank Tstat. Mouse chewed up low voltage wires.
