Hunter was awesome! He explained everything throughly! He took time not only to explain what was wrong with the unit but also showed me where the problems were. Since the unit is an OLD unit, he also informed me of what can be done on the unit and what is no longer possible due to the parts being unavailable. I highly recommend Hunter!

He showed up 15 minutes after we spoke on the phone! Although we couldn’t fix the problem today (due to parts), he identified the problem quickly and gave solutions. He was very nice and polite. Thank you Hunter!

HVAC System Installation: Arrived at the client’s home to replace an outdated air conditioning system with a new high SEER-rated, energy-efficient unit. Safely removed the existing equipment, inspected the ductwork and electrical connections, and prepared the installation area. Installed the new high-efficiency AC unit, connected refrigerant and electrical lines, and verified proper airflow and system balance. Tested for cooling performance and confirmed operation met manufacturer efficiency standards.
Emergency AC Repairs: Responded to an emergency service call after the client reported warm air blowing from the vents. Inspected the system and discovered a tripped breaker caused by a shorted condenser fan motor. Replaced the damaged motor, reset the electrical system, and verified proper voltage and amperage. Tested the unit to confirm strong cooling performance and stable operation.
AC Repairs: Arrived at the client’s home after reports that the air conditioner was running but not providing adequate cooling. Inspected the outdoor unit and found that the condenser fan motor had failed, preventing proper heat dissipation. Replaced the defective fan motor, secured all electrical connections, and tested the system for proper operation. Verified that the fan was running smoothly and the unit was cooling efficiently.
