HVAC System Repair: Arrived at the client’s home after reports of inconsistent system performance. Inspected the HVAC unit and found that the temperature sensor had come loose from its mounting bracket, causing inaccurate readings and improper system cycling. Remounted and secured the sensor in the correct position, verified proper calibration, and tested the system to ensure accurate temperature regulation.
A homeowner experienced uneven cooling due to poor duct sealing. We conducted a full duct inspection and sealed leaks, improving airflow balance and boosting the Lennox AC system’s overall efficiency.
We addressed a homeowner’s air conditioning issue caused by a clogged condensate drain. Clearing the blockage restored proper water flow, preventing leaks and improving cooling performance throughout the home.
Started up a newly installed HVAC system in a residential build. Verified refrigerant charge, tested heat and cool cycles, and balanced airflow. Everything is operating as expected.
Performed a detailed diagnostic on a residential AC system that was not cooling properly. Found a failed capacitor and cleaned debris from the outdoor coil to restore airflow efficiency. Unit is now running smoothly and customer has cooling restored.
Inspected an older air handler that was making noise. Found worn blower motor bearings. Lubricated and secured the motor housing — issue resolved for now.
Replaced a faulty capacitor that caused intermittent compressor startup. Checked refrigerant pressures and found them within range. Also tightened loose high-voltage connections at the contactor. Verified amp draw and full system function before leaving. Cooling has returned to normal for the homeowner.
Customer had water around their air handler. Found the drain line clogged and float switch tripped. Cleared the blockage with compressed nitrogen, flushed with cleaner, and tested the switch. Unit restarted, and cooling resumed. Advised regular drain line maintenance.
