Adam arrived early instead of late (bonus points) and did a thorough cleaning of my filter (it needed it!) and he also vacuum my cold air return plenums. He checked the heat pump and made sure that everything was working well. When he left we put on the air conditioner and we nearly froze. When it cooled down we turned on the heat and it worked really well. Overall I could not have been more pleased.

My previous unit was a Carrier and it lasted for 20 years and so I did not want to go with a competitor. Grant did a complete checkup on my requirements and gave me what proved to be the best of three quotations I received. The tech did not have any problem going into my crawl space and looking at the residue on the floor. He check the inside unit and confirmed that there was no problem with the unit. He checked the radiator and the drain and all are fine.
