My fireplace has had an issue with shutting off since last year. It’s hard to diagnose because it will be fine for a while and then shut down. The company/person who serviced it last year came out twice and then didn’t respond to my calls and we went without the fireplace for a lot of the time. This year we called West Isle and the first time it was cleaned and didn’t present a problem until after the technician left. So we called back and Greg came equipped with the information to diagnose the problem and fix it. Turns out it was just the switch and since he has replaced that with the proper kind, it’s working fine.

Past years have been great except for this year, service was not very good , some of the requests for heat pump service was lefts out, this with heating service has always been done but for some reason heat pump was not serviced as requested. Your company has always serviced either I called or your company called me for yearly service which was a standard process over many years, very disappointing , my thoughts of another Heating Service Company are strongly pointing in that direction. Very disappointed
