The burner was off on reset. Reset the control and checked the fuel flow. There was very little. The tank is outside. There was a shut off valve outside that the fuel inside of it was frozen. Blew out the line going into the tank and that was clear. Blew out the line going into the house and that was also clear. Cleaned out the frozen oil from the valve. Bled the oil line and the burner started properly. Recommend installing Heat Tape around the exposed oil line outside and insulating it to protect it from the elements.
