Upon arrival customer stated the unit was turning off due to high temp difference between the return and supply boiler lines. Customer also stated they saw the circulator pump light flashing intermittently. When through the technician settings of the boiler and checked the last 3 faults. Checked temp sensors though the software and saw no issues. Looked up the specs on the circulator pump and found it is only supposed to draw a max of .54 amps. Checked amp draw while the pump was running and saw it was pulling .74 amps. Need to replace the circulator pump. After getting g customer authorization we removed the old circulator pump and installed a new one. Purged air from the system and started and tested the unit. Boiler pressure when leaving was 15psi. Unit is working properly
