When arrived, the condensate pump was unplugged and the reservoir was empty. Turned the water back on to the humidifier to check if the humidifier was leaking. When I went back down with some water to test the pump, there was water on the ductwork. The humidifier was not leaking, turned the water back off. Found a crack in the bottom of the reservoir on the new pump. Notified the homeowner of the crack and that they need to return it. Removed the drain hose and blew through the line which runs to the washer drain line. The drain line is clear. The water is coming from the bottom of the new pump.
