Chimney had broken and cracked bricks, deteriotated and missing mortar joints and the flashing required attention. Thus, we performed the roof up rebuild.
interior furnace flue tile liners were broken , minor damage on cement crown - didn't need rebuild so we perfomed a water impermeable crownseal and new stainless steel liner system
