Conducted a routine inspection of their fire extinguishers. After checking in with the office manager, I inspected all extinguishers throughout the facility, verifying their placement, accessibility, and condition. During the inspection, I found one ABC fire extinguisher in the breakroom with an expired maintenance tag and another in the storage area with a low-pressure reading on the gauge. To address these issues, I recharged the low-pressure extinguisher and replaced the expired extinguisher with a compliant, fully charged unit from our inventory. After ensuring all extinguishers were properly mounted and visible, I updated the maintenance records and informed the office manager of the completed work, recommending regular monthly checks to monitor extinguisher condition.
