Semi annual fire protection inspection of the Pyrochem system. Re-piped nozzles per manufacturer specifications. Removed shelf that was on wall right of fryer (not to be put back in original place next to fryer) shifted appliances to the right so that they are adequately protected by hood. Longer hose connection is needed for charbroil and needs to be moved further right, once charbroil is moved closer to fryer , range and griddle need moved to the right so that range is 6" inside hood area. System is now code complaint.
