I made an appointment with this customer to do the annual fire extinguisher inspections. Upon arrival I checked and polished each fire extinguisher. Once done I wrote the invoice and let them know that I would call next year for the inspection when it was due.
I called and set up an appointment to do the annual fire suppression system services. I arrived and did both the kitchen hood exhaust inspections. they were both fine and did not need to be cleaned at this time. I wrote the reports. I then moved to the kitchen to do the Amerex & Ansul system inspections. I replaced the fusible links and a couple nozzle caps. I then tested the system. Once done I put it back to working order and let the customer know I would be back in 6 months because this was a service that was supposed to be inspected semi-annually. I then told them I would call when it was close to time to do this again.
I arrived and did an annual fire extinguisher inspection. The fire extinguisher needed to have a 6 year maintenance and I was able to do that right on site. I left my card and let the customer know they could reach out anytime for any of their fire & life safety needs.
