Our extinguishers are clearly marked because each one goes to a specific location. When one gets replaced, please add a label with the identifier from the old extinguisher on it. It causes alot of confusion when we go to return the extinguishers to their designated locations if they are not labeled.

Stopped in to see if the customer needed anything. It turns out that they did need to get a fire suppression service done and to get their annual fire extinguishers done. I was able to accommodate this service and got it done for the customer.
Annual fire extinguisher inspection done at this location. They did need a couple of new fire extinguishers, so I sold them two new ones and did a 6-year maintenance on one. Customer is good for another year unless they use one.

I made an appointment with this customer to do the annual fire extinguisher inspections. Upon arrival I checked and polished each fire extinguisher. Once done I wrote the invoice and let them know that I would call next year for the inspection when it was due.
I called and set up an appointment to do the annual fire suppression system services. I arrived and did both the kitchen hood exhaust inspections. they were both fine and did not need to be cleaned at this time. I wrote the reports. I then moved to the kitchen to do the Amerex & Ansul system inspections. I replaced the fusible links and a couple nozzle caps. I then tested the system. Once done I put it back to working order and let the customer know I would be back in 6 months because this was a service that was supposed to be inspected semi-annually. I then told them I would call when it was close to time to do this again.
