We recently have central air conditioning issues, called Wilcox Energy to make service appointment and we were able to make schedule one on the same day . The appointment was followed up with a great service call provided by the technicians Kurtis and Kevin, they were nice, professional, and knowledgeable about the job; provided us with very clear information of the options and process offered.
