Jared was awesome! He was friendly and efficient with his time. He came in and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to fix the problem and get our heat turned back on! He was neat and clean while he was here and that was much appreciated. He also explained exactly what the problem was in terms that I could understand and he also explained how he fixed it. Great job!

Fast efficient and very polite & professional. While not technicians issue, cost has increased substantially over past years. However, I still believe you get what you pay for. Wilcox has always been excellent and we did try several other companies over past 10 years.

I met my serviceman Kurtis for the first time this morning in the driveway and he explained exactly what he was going do as he took out his equipment. I took him to the basement to see the furnace and then showed him the tank . He noticed that tank is old and had rust spots. He then inspected it more carefully, showed me many rusty areas , looked underneath it and took many pictures of the outside of it . He said he was a little concerned about it and wanted to present the details to the tank department at Wilcox. We talked how important it was to be proactive, as I certainly do not want to ever run the risk of having a tank leak in my home and then figure out what to do about it. I was very pleased with his willingness to give me his feedback and all the information as he went about his work, and I felt very confident that he was certainly an excellent well informed service man. It was a pleasure working with him.

Excellent service by Kurtis! He did a great job on the annual tune-up. His keen eye noticed a couple trouble spots with the oil tank. This helped me to be proactive with tank replacement & avoid a disaster.
