Today, Kurtis came to repair a faulty pressure valve and tank, and just like the other Wilcox repair men we’ve had before, he was courteous, quick, and meticulous. Matthew was very diligent. Arrived on time , introduced himself and went to work. When he was through he came up to tell me about the unit. It’s in very good shape and should last for some time. Also checked tank and said it looks fairly new and no leaks. Since I’ve never had this kind of heat he was very informative. 🤩
