CUSTOMER STATED : Would like an estimate to jet a floor drain line. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out today for the concern of the business owner interested in having a floor drain jetted out. While inspecting concerns, the business owner stated not all floor up. Only one backs up initially and when it gets really backed up, sewage will begin to come from floor drain where the water heater is located. I have recommended to camera the floor drain line to ensure of what is causing the issues and then go from there about offering solutions for his concerns. Customer stated upstairs guest bathroom, shower with whistle periodically and sporadically when turned on Technician notes after inspecting I found that the pressure did not seem high off the Fossetts, but the shower with fluctuate a whistling noise once another faucet was turned on. Resolution I remove the flow restrictor to solve this issue as the homeowner stated he installed a new showerhead recently to correct this issue. After turning on the shower for approximately 10 minutes the whistling noise never reappeared.
