Arrived at location on 4/28/21, customer wants an additional outlet for robot coupe. Returned with supplies to run new electrical circuit for customer to use both food processors. Fastened new box to wall, ran conduit up into ceiling into a junction box. turned breaker off and cut main power to outlet and ran into junction box. Found existing wire not long enough to go to junction and there was a slice in wire going into existing conduit. Removed wire and installed new for original outlet. Ran all wires into junction box and connected all power wires and ground. Checked power on both old and new outlets, both had 212 v going to them. Tested operation of food processors, both work as should. all ok.
Came in - per customer they had to fill the Coffee Machine unit manually - checked the unit, found the solenoid is not opening and no power at the solenoid to the water probe, cleaned, it's still not doing anything, checked the brew switch - it's working, checked the fuse, it's okay. Called the mfg, he has checked voltage at the board - nothing, checked voltage at the fuse holder and found that the fuse holder will not let voltage going through bypass - the fuseholder unit working fine - will order new fuse holder qwp (expedited freight), also unit will need new brew switch and indicator light.
came in and per customer, the left side Plate Heater/Dispenser isn't heating. also checked the middle and right sides. took the left side and found that wire that feels the element was off. cut both terminals and made new connection to element. tested the left side and now the element is heating, 3.5 amps. checked other element and found they are working fine, pulling 3.5 amps. unit operation okay.
Checked HOB dishwasher unit. Per customer, dishwasher is leaking from right corner, bottom. Pulled door down & found debris & lime build up in door gasket & around door. Cleaned build up out of door gasket & around door. Removed bottom cover to check for any leaks. Found sanitizer solenoid corroded, possible leak from there. Will order new gasket & solenoid. Unit still leaking around right side of doors after cleaning out. 1/15/18 Replaced right side door hinge parts, sanitizer sensor & door gasket, tested okay. Found wash arms stiff bushings need replaced. Will obtain 2 wash & rinse arm bushings & return. Noted wash arm plugged, cleaned & don't think we need any more parts at this time.
