Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair: Upon arrival, I found that the client’s conveyor belt in the warewashing machine was misaligned. I realigned the belt, ensuring smooth and efficient dishwashing operations.
examined Heat Lamp unit, breaker shut off. Removed power switch panel and found 20a household On/Off switch and all wiring inside conduit box burnt up. Best course of action would be to replace unit as age is unknown, no model or serial number on unit. Looks to be a crescor but no other information. Unit is 60" 120V. If replacement is not an option, unit will need incoming power wire cut back and stripped, 20a Switch replaced, Wire going to elements from switch replaced. Wires look to be 10 gauge. Power to unit is currently off and should not be switched back on. Closing out this work order.
Found Gas Fryer first vat on left would not cycle on, computer blank - removed panels, have 12 volts and 24 volts at interface board unplugged computer wire harness and put Bach in computer lite and cycled on unit part number on computer (controller 1086212 item number 1085777 ) Unit came up to temp - will get price on computer controller Note: controller is no longer available, called and left message for customer. Closing out work order.
Middle oven pilot on, no gas coming through for burner, safety button stuck and always letting pilot gas through. Replaced safety and thermocouple, tested.
Examined Hot Well unit. Found 2=212081=THERMOSTAT,ELECTRIC KA604 #KA6 - 5=223590= knob Customer requests 5 knobs and two thermostat knob rods are broken so whole thermostat needs replacement. 4-3-19 Replaced all five knobs and 4th and 5th thermostat from right. Tested okay.
Found electric Fryer unit on and working, customer advised that unit shut off and would no cycle back and controller was blank - switched control to unit to left. If problems goes to left fryer will need control, if problems stay in right vat, maybe power/relay board.
