Arrived at location on 11/16/21 - checked the 2 drop in wells in the main cafe area and have 124 vac to the unit. Checked over the wiring and found a neutral wire missing. Added a neutral wire at the terminal block to the neutral bar. Power on and 124 vac to the unit. Now the controls light up. Power both on in cool mode and both wells cool down. Test in heat mode and both heat up. Tested in ice modes and it cools . Unit back in service . Job completed.
Arrived at location on 10/21/21 - arrived onsite to check Hatco hot water booster for dishmachine. Checked with customer and he said that periodically booster PRV would blow off hot water. Proceeded and replaced booster PRV. Allowed booster to replenish water and temperature to stabilize. Brought dishmachine into operation. Checked rinse temperature at borderline 202°. Accessed booster thermostat and turned down. Ran several racks through dishmachine for temperature to once again stabilize. Ran several more racks through dishmachine. Wash temperature @164° and rinse temperature @190°. Rinse pressure at 14psi. temperatures being maintained and PRV not blowing off. booster heater in operation.
Arrived at location on 8/12/21 - To check front cookline Vulcan convection ovens. Found top convection oven is operational. Found bottom convection oven shorted and tripping breaker. Proceeded to troubleshoot bottom Vulcan convection oven. Cleaned and removed excessive aluminum foil buildup in blower wheel. Troubleshot and found power switch and light switch broken internally and shorted. Replaced both power and light switch. Rechecked resistance to ground- none. Brought oven into operation. Oven no longer tripping breaker. Oven in operation and heating.
Arrived at location on 8/10/21 - located unit and began diagnosis. Control box was completely charred and wiring was destroyed. Tried to find a wiring diagram for unit but could not find one. Called manufacturer directly and requested a wiring diagram which they emailed to me. I then proceeded to cut back and strip any burnt wiring. I then crimped on all new terminal connectors and reconnected them. Reassembled control box and re-energized unit. Allowed 15 minutes for unit to heat up. Unit now operates to specification and placed back in service.
Arrived at location on 7/29/21 - checked unit had pilot but when you turn t stat to on main burners don't come on. Checked mv at valve had 498 with no load and 301 with load. Gas valve was set to on. Started checking for loose wires and found t stat wire was very loose. Almost ready to come off. Tightened and burners came on. Checked gas pressure was 4.1 under load. Let come to set temp 350. Actual temp was 349.3. turned off and on several times and burners came on every time. Unit is operational job complete.
Arrived at location on 7/16/21 - Checked over CPG range/double oven. Left oven pilot was lit. Started looking at it and pressed Baso Safety button and the pilot went out. Would not stay lit after relighting. Put in a new thermocouple and relit the pilot. Still would not stay lit. Needs new Baso safety. Put original thermocouple back in. Should also put in a new thermocouple. Checked right oven. Same issue. Pilot would not stay lit. Put in a new thermocouple. Pilot stayed lit but eventually went out again. Had trouble getting it to stay lit after that. Right side also needs new Baso safety and thermocouple. Both original thermocouples were reinstalled. Need to replace both Baso Safety valves and both thermocouples. Tried calling Scott Anderson. Got no answer for authorization to order the parts. Left message. DO NOT ORDER until Scott authorizes. Thermocouple price is $13.63 each (Need 2) and Baso Safety is $140.85 each (Need 2). CPG is Tristar. Returned to location on
Arrived at location on 7/7/21 customer met me at the gate and escorted me to the location. Checked the d/w and found no lights lit or no power. Have 209 vac 3 phase to the contact block and to the transformer. No power out from it. Checked and found fuse blown. Installed new fuse and disconnected the secondary side and power up. Checked and fuse blew again. Need a transformer and fuses and the fuse block. Talked to Matthew Rublel and he said to order the parts . Unit is down. Keep him updated on parts and return. Returned to location on 7/12/21 - to repair Champion dishwasher. Proceeded to replace control transformer and fuse block. Replaced transformer and wired. Wired in new fuse block. Have 209 volts to transformer and 111 volts on secondary side. Had to change connections due to different wiring connections on new transformer. Repaired very slight water leak at wash tank pressure fitting. Also added a small rubber sheet protector over transformer and fuse block. B
Arrived onsite on 7/7/21 to check and PM -Hobart under-counter dishwasher. Brought unit into operation. Found dishwasher not filling with water. Tried locating water supply valve. valve on water line at dishwasher open. Turned off water and disconnected dishwasher fill hose. Turned water valve on and no water flow. Customer needs to resolve this issue with plumber. Manually filled dishwasher with water to proper level. Dishwasher began to heat to 152° wash temperature. Rinse temperature could not be checked since oncoming water supply is not on. Operated dishwasher through wash cycle, rinse and pumped drain. Checked and cleaned wash/rinse arms. Lower arm missing a clean out plug and other clean out plugs beginning to get hard. Dishwasher in operation. Will quote to replace clean out plugs.
Arrived at location on 7/1/21 at Admin 5. Was let in by security. Found our way to building 8 loading docks, where Jason from maintenance took us for a safety training. We arrived at the Tell Me More Cafe where the machine was. Turned on. Went through calibration. Afterwards it flashed cleaning errors and refused to do anything else. Had to do milk and brew cleaning. Did so. Unit is steaming ok. The milk compartment has mold in it. The cafeteria lady said she will clean it out. They need to get coffee. Coffee they have is out if date. Ready for use.
Arrived at location on 6/23/21 - Ice Machine and Soda machine is to be removed. The soda lines, etc are still attached. Spoke to Rich D. Soda company needs to remove the lines. We will need a Genie lift to remove the machine. It is a counter top machine. Customer called the soda company and they will come out to remove the lines. Customer will call us when they are ready for us. Will return. Returned to location on 6/29/21 - Had Rich D help with the removal of the ice and soda machine. Moved everything to warehouse. Cleaned up the water that fell on the floor. We will need to return to reinstall only the ice machine. The soda company will install the soda machine. Customer will call us when they are ready. Job complete.
Arrived on location on 6/18/21 and checked in with MOD. Customer complained unit not holding temp running at 60 degrees. Plugged unit in to outlet. Temp checked cabinet with digital thermometer. After 5 minutes unit pulled down to 38 degrees. Unit working properly at this time and making temp. Checked customer thermometer. Customer thermometer still reads 60 degrees. Recommend customer replace thermometer.

Arrived at location on 6/8/21 to check on fryer. Kitchen staff pointed out middle fryer. Checked resistance across coil on gas valve, got 10 ohms. Checked thermopile output, got 400 mv. Proceeded to replace thermopile and found pilot burner hood falling off body. Will need to order burner hood and thermopile. Will return and replace. QWP authorized by Brent Meckes. Returned 6/9/21 installed new thermopile and pilot on unit. Took mv readings and got 550 millivolts. Unit now operating properly. Placed unit back in service.
SURE SHOT DISPENSER - 4/16/21 Pete - arrived on site and checked in with MOD. customer complained unit not turning on. checked switch. main switch is good. checked power cord coming into unit. found hot leg wire has broken inside cord. no voltage coming through cord. will order new cord and return to repair. 4/26/21 Pete - arrived on site and checked in with MOD. removed and replaced main power cord. plugged into power outlet. ran and tested. unit made temp and working properly at this time.
Customer showed me where the Dishwasher leak was coming from. It was coming from the pressure relief valve on the booster. Said it happened when he open the drain to empty out some water to do the de-liming. Turned on the d/w. Filled and heated. Wash at 158°. Ran many cycles and could not get relief valve to open. Getting a 36 amp draw from the element. Contactor de-energized when temps are reached. Cycles on/off to maintain temp. Does not overheat. Let sit idle a while and observe. Ran cycle. Cycle ended. Did not open door. After a minute or so the Fill light came on. Then went into wash cycle. The water level is dropping. There is lime I the tank and lime pieces. Customer will clean out. Pulled out the drain stop. The o'ring is cracking cause the water to leak by. Need new o'ring. No other problems or leaks. Will obtain part and return. 2/14/20 Follow up - Replaced drain stop gasket filled and unit. No other leaks found unit operating properly.
