Arrived on, 9/21/23 Bryan Arrived and checked the unit after talking with customer about it. Unit is working at this time. Have 214/1 to unit contractor and out of it . Have 30 amp heating and with the pump running. Ran unit awhile and it didn’t fail . Door gasket is ok. Temp is off by 10 degrees and possibly causing the problem. Adjust the temp control offset a lot and tried getting the temp calibrated properly. Ran unit more and temps are better but the control is not responding properly. Vacuum guage it reading and while at 212 vacuum is near 0, this is correct as per unit manual. Will need the temp controller and a new temp probe. Will order and return. In service.
