Great service at a fair price. The Technician, Juan, was easy to deal with and knows what he's doing. My system had received no maintenance since its installation 10+ years ago. Juan brought it back to life and installed a new much simpler to operate control pad. I can even control it from an app on my phone now. I had him back a 2nd time for some fine tuning on a few sprinkler heads to improve coverage.

Dear Mr Sprinkler/ Frank Coleman, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from your company. Recently, I had an issue with an underground leak in my sprinkler system, and I reached out to your company to help me diagnose and fix the problem. However, I found your service to be severely lacking, and I would like to provide feedback on my experience. Firstly, the misdiagnosis of the problem was a major issue. Your team could not pinpoint the exact location of the leak, which caused unnecessary delay and frustration for me. In addition, when I tried to explain where I believed the leak was coming from, Frank Coleman was unfriendly and dismissive, telling me to fix it myself because he didn't want to listen to me. Moreover, the prices charged by your company were excessive given the lack of expertise displayed by your team. I expected to pay a premium for quality service, but unfortunately, this was not the case with your company. Ultimately, I had to turn to another sprinkler company, Texas Rainmakers, to resolve my issue. I was pleasantly surprised by their approachable and friendly service, their ability to listen to me, and their more reasonable prices. They quickly located and fixed the leak, leaving me satisfied with the result. I hope you take this feedback constructively and strive to improve your service in the future.
