On a previous survey I indicated I was dissatisfied. I contacted the company and, as is their way, they stood solidly behind their work. They came back and completely solved all my problems. My sprinkler is now prepared for the winter and they are there to help me in the future. Job not finished. He refused to complete the project because he could not be sure it would work. That is why I hired him. He does the job and I pay for it. If it is not successful and my pipes freeze and break, then Mr. Sprinkler stands behind the work and makes good my system without charge. So I paid and he did not complete the job. I have to insulate it and enclose it in plastic to keep it dry. Octavio never treated me that way. Just Juan. I have nothing against Juan personally, but when I pay for a job I believe the job should be completed and then the company should stand behind it. I am sorry Octavio was not available. I have learned my lesson. In the future I will work with Octavio. I appreciate his complete service for over 10 years.
