I called Mr. Sprinkler Repair yesterday and was scheduled for the following afternoon! Carlos and his assistant messaged me when they were on the way...they were on time, if not a few minutes early! They tested my irrigation system and gave me a satisfactory estimate, reminding me that I would receive a %10 discount if I paid in cash. The work was performed quickly, tested and even cut a branch off of a bush for me that was hindering the sprinkler head from working efficiently. I had him reprogram my system and am super satisfied with the service and with the men who fixed my system! Thank you for wonderful service. I have used them in the past and will continue in the future!

Jose made a thorough analysis of the problem. He figure out exactly what the problem with the wiring was and fixed it promptly. A ground wire to one of the zone valves had been taken loose by somebody (??) and was preventing all of the zones further in the series from working. He fixed the one wire and showed me what the problem was, so I can fix it myself if it happens again.

Service was great from beginning to end - Maryann in the office is a gem and was able to schedule someone same day. Alex came out and explained everything he’d be doing and went over my repairs with me very thoroughly- what a great tech! He even went over my Rain Bird system with me, explained how to set up the schedule, etc, which was above and beyond. Great experience!

Diagnosis was that my well was losing pressure because it had a problem - I opened may faucets in my house at the same time to try to mimic the pressure loss i encountered during my sprinkler cycle - I did not experience it - and my well is performing as it always has with my household fixtures - so I spent $70 on a brief service call and am back where I started. They guys that came out were nice and professional- but I'm not convinced its a well issue based on my tests in the house
