Diagnosis was that my well was losing pressure because it had a problem - I opened may faucets in my house at the same time to try to mimic the pressure loss i encountered during my sprinkler cycle - I did not experience it - and my well is performing as it always has with my household fixtures - so I spent $70 on a brief service call and am back where I started. They guys that came out were nice and professional- but I'm not convinced its a well issue based on my tests in the house

Fast, friendly, and good service. Alex replaced two valves for me. He knew his stuff, and everything seems to be working fine now. Price was higher than I expected, but he gave me a firm quote for me to approve after he diagnosed the problem. He was here a couple of hours, so that would naturally increase the cost. They charge a service fee on top of the parts and labor. Plus there is an extra charge to pay by credit card.

Jose worked extremely hard to locate a hard-to-find leak in my sprinkler system. He kept searching even though he was not convinced the leak originated from the system. He finally found the leak which ended up saving me quite a bit of money since my next step was to hire a plumber! I commend Jose for his hard work and never quit attitude. He's an asset to your company.
