I called Mr. Sprinkler on a Tuesday with my issues and they were able to get a technician out to me the following day. My technician was Richard. He came out right on time and got strait to work once we assessed the problems. He was fast, professional, friendly and efficient. All this despite a huge fire ant mound he ran into under what needed repair. (So sorry about that Richard!) We originally purchased the part we thought was for our sprinkler and thought we would DIY it ourselves. Thankfully we didn't, and Richard was very professional in his way of explaining that we were wrong. So he was able to go ahead and get the correct part and get it done no problem. The finished product looks very nice and well reinforced. Looking forward to being done with worrying about forgetting to water the yard once again. Thank you so much Richard, you did a wonderful job! :) Would highly recommend this company to friends and family and definitely will call them back if and when I need more services.

However, he was 2 hours late for his appointment and didn't contact me initially with the correct time when he would actually be there. When he arranged to come back for the actual installation, he didn't give me an actual time to expect him, just that he'd be back about the same time as the first appointment. My second appointment was Thursday June 25, Richard has yet to send me my invoice.
