I trusted your employees to be able to diagnose and repair the trouble I was having with my system. After 4 separate calls, they failed to do so, recommending I reroute the system because something under my concrete patio had to be broken. After finding a truly professional and knowledgeable company, they found that your employees never even dug up the correct valve for the correct station, but they sure did replace other valves that weren’t necessary billing me more each time along the way. Competency level 0 and I plan to spread the word unless you refund my money and pay for the actual company that did repair the problem.

Mr. Sanchez did not speak English well enough to understand that he was not finished with the work I paid for! He left before the job was finished. He did a good job installing the controller but provided no help on its use. I also wanted him to check my sprinkler system so he leaves anyway.
