Installation of a Acid Neutralizer to address raise the pH from 6.2, as reported in water testing, to within potable drinking water standards, 6.5-8.5.
Replace existing 33 gallon well tank and fittings with a new WellRite wr120 and a new stainless steel tank T assembly. Disposal of old equipment.
Install a Katalox iron filtration system with a blended media including Centaur Carbon. This is a backwashing and regenerative system with a WS1 Clack air injection filter valve, 12 x 52" mineral tank, bypass valves. 1.5 cu ft. of each media for a total of 3 cubic feet. All labor and materials included.
Locate and raise casing with 6" steel. Install a new well cap, pitless adapter and fittings required for the raising. Remove existing pump and tank. Replace with a Grundfos SQE constant pressure system: SQE 1HP pump, CU301 digital variable frequency controller, stainless steel manifold and a Well Extrol 102 pneumatic well tank. With the exception of the fittings line item all prices are not to exceed values. We are assuming a pump set depth no greater then 150' and an excavation that does not exceed 4' in depth. In the event these variable change we will seek approval for any ADDITIONAL COSTS. Well pipe is not included. We will determine the need for well pipe when the work is performed and If it is required a budgeting number of $360 will cover the cost for ~150' of 160PSI black poly pipe..
