Tested their water and the water is soft so Softner Is working properly. Sediment filter is very clean hardly any sediment. All time clocks are set correctly. All good.

Install a four stage point of use reverse osmosis system at the kitchen sink. Clack products have a five year manufacturers warranty and our workmanship is warrantied for 90 days.
Install a PFAS reduction system with 2 cubic feet of SR 110 HP ion exchange media. Clack 9 x 48 mineral tanks, Clack 1" bypass valves and a sample port.. The tanks are configured lead/lag for redundancy and efficiency.
Install 1 HP 115V DAB booster pump w/wall mounting bracket
Excavate wellhead and raise with welded 6" steel. Install a new pitless adapter (if needed) Install a new 2 wire 230V submersible well pump and wire. Either a 1/2 HP or 3/4Hp pump. Replace existing well wire and linear footage to be determined. For purposes of this estimate we are assuming 200' of 12/2 flat jacket wire and this is subject to change. Install a new well cap and chlorinate the well. Site work restoration is the responsibility of the homeowner and we work to limit the area of disturbance. - Locate and excavate wellhead. Most excavations are ~3 to 4 feet deep and in rare instances deeper. As work is progressing we will inform of any issues in this regard and any addition costs. - Raise by adding a welded pipe extension the 6" steel wellhead casing. For purposes of this estimate 4' of 6" steel casing is added and subject to change.
