Excavate and raise well head with welded 6" steel. Install a new pitless adapter and well cap. We are assuming an excavation depth of ~3' and a steel casing extension of ~4.5'. The pump will need to be pulled from the well to complete the work and you might consider replacing the pump when the casing is raised. It will save on labor in the long run. We are assuming a flexible well pipe and if the well pump is set on rigid pipe our crane will be required. The extra to contract for the crane is $500.00. If it is on ridged pipe we will asses the pipe integrity and notify you if we think it should be replaced. Wire, casing and pipe are sold on a linear foot basis. Install a whole house Centaur carbon filtration system with a Clack WS1 filter valve, by pass valves and associated fittings. A standard outlet is required and a drain location (sump pump, stand pie or similar) for routine backwashing. Clack hardware is warrantied for five years and our workmanship is warrantied for 90 days.
