Aubrey correctly and quickly diagnosed a broken fan motor in the outdoor compressor unit. He called for parts, which were in the warehouse. A second technician was dispatched to bring parts and assist with repair. In the meantime, Aubrey worked on annual preventive maintenance. Good, productive, professional team!

Moved outdoor unit to a different location specified by homeowner. Redone lineset, pulled vaccum, pressure tested, added filter dryer. Tested system after moving and is showing normal operation at this time.

Arrived to find water on floor performed a full inspection. Checked charge. Found system low on charge. Coils are not overly dirty. Customer put off repairs until another time. Customer wanted to keep an eye on the system.
Checkout on trane heat pump system leaking water
Replaced capicitor on Bryant heat pump system that wasn't cooling. System is now showing normal operation and cooling.
Water leak in mechinal room near furnace. Diagnosis- Found condensate drain with drain cap loose from cleaning. Solution- put cap back on and ran 3 gallons of water down drain to ensure the system was not leaking anymore. System operating properly at this time.
