Aubrey correctly and quickly diagnosed a broken fan motor in the outdoor compressor unit. He called for parts, which were in the warehouse. A second technician was dispatched to bring parts and assist with repair. In the meantime, Aubrey worked on annual preventive maintenance. Good, productive, professional team!

Today, I successfully installed two new high-efficiency water heaters for a long-standing maintenance client. Each unit, a Rheem Performance Platinum model, was strategically placed and securely mounted to ensure optimal performance and safety. I connected the water supply lines using corrosion-resistant copper piping and installed new shut-off valves for enhanced control. The electrical connections were meticulously completed following local code requirements. Finally, I performed a comprehensive system check to ensure both heaters operated efficiently and without leaks, guaranteeing reliable hot water supply.
Doing an ac tune up on a geothermal Bosch heat pump and a Lennox heat pump system.
