Complaint of thermostat not connecting to phone app.
Control board replacement on MR COOL gas pack unit.
Complaint of a.c not cooling. Found system with open run circuit due to bad run capacitor. Replaced run capacitor and tested system. System is now showing normal operation at this time.
Complaint of upstairs system not cooling. Found o.d fan motor common lead disconnected causing no o.d fan operation or cooling. Solutions- Landed common wire and tested system. Ran well within rated amperage. System showing normal operation at this time.
Complaint of indoor unit condensate pump stuck humming. Diagnosis- Found pump clogged with dirt and debris causing pump to fail. Solution- Cleaned and repaired pump and done full system checkout. System looks good at this time.
Complaint of no a.c, outdoor unit cycling but indoor fan not coming on causing low pressure trip/lockout. Diagnosis- Found system with incorrect thermostat wiring causing no call for fan. Solutions- Rewired system and thermostat and system is now showing normal operation at this time.
Planned maintenance checkout on Goodman a.c system. System looks good at this time.
Complaint of furnace still throwing pressure switch failure. Diagnosis- Found systems fule exhaust holding water on a sag or sloped upwards part of pipe causing intermittent pressure switch failures after extended periods of use. Solution- Cut pipe back and added new 90° 3inc elbow and made sure pipe had proper slope now. Tested system and showing normal operation at this time
Planned maintenance heating checkout on two York diamond 90s, high efficiency furnaces. Main system checked out great, downstairs system needed burners replaced or cleaned. Pulled and cleaned burners, tested system afterwards and conducted l.p gas leak search. Both systems now showing normal operation at this time.
