Performed air conditioning evaluation and repair on a 10+ Goodman system; AC low on r22 as noted in previous call. Recharged with 2lbs of refrigerant and verified AC operations.
Performed air conditioning tune up and evaluation on a 30 year old Lennox system; found out of range dual capacitor and dirty ductwork, replaced dual capacitor and customer wants to wait on duct cleaning at this time. Verified AC operations.
Performed furnace tune up and evaluation on a 20 year-old Carrier system; upon further inspection found burners not igniting due to dust clogging them, cleaned burners and verified furnace operations.
Performed furnace inspection and repair on a 26 year-old Carrier system; found a bad flame sensor and burners not fully igniting. Replaced flame sensor and cleaned burners.
Performed furnace inspection and evaluation on a 16 year-old Goodman system; found the capacitor out off range and a dirty blower motor.
Performed furnace evaluation and inspection on a Trane system; upon arrival furnace started right up but found the blower wheel, filter, and ductwork dirty. Replaced filter and verified furnace operations.
