Office said they would call when repair person was on their way--they didn't. When he did arrive, I had two entry way rugs for wet winter shoes. Instead, he put his wet winter boots on the bare floor. I had called because furnace was working, but making a high pitched noise. Repair person immediately started with the sales pitch asking how old the furnace was and saying I probably needed a new one (hadn't looked at anything yet). I told him the repair man from the last visit stated I shouldn't need a new furnace for at least five years. The repair man did the work. However, as he was leaving he made a snide comment that I "should make sure none of my ducts were covered" while rolling his eyes and making a motion to the clothes and shoes I had on the floor. I ensured him the air ducts were not covered--and that was not the reason I had contacted for a repair anyway. It was for the high pitched sound. When I do need a new furnace, I will not be calling them again. I have never had a company disrespect me in my own home.

Your furnace is almost 19 years old and no HVAC technician should guarantee that it will last another 5 years. Our technicians intention was to educate you on the costs of repairing vs. replacing so you had options. We are sorry you feel his attitude was rude and disrespectful. He received more than 100 reviews last year with an average rating of 4.89 out of 5 stars. This is unusual to hear about him but we do appreciate the feedback.
