                                We woke up to a cold shower, talk about a bad way to start a day! I called Hurlburt at 7am and a guy answered like he was waiting for my call. lol They were at my house by 8:30 and had a water heater installed and the old one removed in less than 2 hours! They've got my business from here on out! Way to go.

                                When Mike came out to our house and did a service on our furnace he found that the blower was bad. 				Responded to service call for previously diagnosed part installation, but determined the supplied part was not the source of the issue. Inspection revealed a faulty control board and identified small cracks in the heat exchanger near press joints, documented with photos. Due to the furnace's age (approximately 18 years) and the need for both heat exchanger and control board replacement, recommended customer consult with an advisor regarding replacement options.
 
                                 
			 
				Performed a comprehensive inspection and safety check on the 2-year-old gas furnace as required by state regulations. Verified heat exchanger integrity, proper venting, burner functionality, and confirmed zero carbon monoxide readings. Repaired a minor condensate trap leak by disassembling and retightening components. Furnace passed all operational parameters and is in excellent condition. Inspection documentation has been completed and will be provided via email.

Upon testing, identified one of the dual pressure switches exhibiting slow response and dull sound when manually actuated. Replaced faulty dual pressure switches, restoring normal system operation.
