Preformed ac tune up as part of maintenance agreement.
Went over system operations. Customer said that the house was not heating properly because they checked on their phone for the Wi-Fi thermostat and saw it was 64° calling for 70°. Try to retrieve any previous error codes no stored error codes on the control board. Checked over gas pressure since that was an issue last time, gas pressure was good. Spoke with the neighbor who is watching over the house who let me know that he had raised up the temperature. Given that I was not able to find anything wrong with the equipment. I let the customer know to give us a call if anything else pops up however everything is all good to go for today. Cycle the equipment at both thermostat zones. Unit operation is good. Customer is not on site office needs to bill
I completed a tune-up, replaced a filter, and replaced a humidifier water panel. I also spoke with the customer about a maintenance plan.
Upon arrival found water in and around furnace. After testing found water leaking from inducer, collector box, trap and exhaust flue. Replaced all recommended parts and cycled to ensure no further issues. Ok at time of departure.
