I called for an estimate on a water shut-off valve and Joe came the same day with a friendly manner. On the day of service the office is sure to let you know he’s on his way, which I appreciate for a four hour window. Before installation he’d given a lot of thought to my concerns, which resulted in a look that suited my taste.
