I believe that Mr. Mike is a professional, patient, answered all our questions and concern, not pushing us to sign with his company and tried all his best to get us the best deal and best price. Mr. Mike has a great customer service. Hopefully we will sign with his company , we need just to check our budget. We can't rate the quality of service because still they didn't do it work for us. The price is too high for us. Hopefully we will get better price after they give us the final estimate after checking the pipes.

Ozzy C. of Power Pro Plumbing, Heating & Air, replaced two waterheaters yesterday at my home. After a long drive, he arrived mid morning, checked both waterheaters, assuming they would just need to be checked and cleaned out. He shared with me that they were both out of warranty, developing rust and needed to be replaced with new ones. Ozzy arranged for the new ones, removed the old ones and then picked up the new. He worked without a break until he was finished, close to 5:30 pm. He was friendly throughout and cleaned up any mess made while he did his work. I would recommend Ozzy and his company any time, but I would also recommend Power Plumbing, because I have needed them at other times and find them very reliable.
