Juan did a great job in removing our old toilet and placing a new one. Before he started, he walked me thru the process of what he will do which is highly appreciated by me knowing what to expect. We went from inspection to AC installation in a 72 hour period! Prices were transparent, service was excellent, and all team members did an amazing job delivering friendly and professional service. The texts to let me know when the technicians would arrive were an awesome perk, as well. I appreciated their thorough work, too; after installation, every system was tested and given a green light, and they walked us through all the improvements once they were done. Finally, no more melting in the summer!
