I cannot express enough how impressed I was with David Macias’ customer service and how he went the extra mile to make sure our plumbing issue was resolved. His camera and hydroblast technician, Tavo was equally helpful, taking the time to clearly explain exactly where water was pooling in our sewer line. It’s not often you encounter people who show genuine care about resolving your situation. I’m truly grateful for their time, effort and attention to detail. Thank you David and Tavo!! : )
