Allen Howard called an hour before his scheduled time to confirm he was on his way. When he arrived he introduced himself and then asked what was the concern. He mentioned that although he had details from his office, he wanted to hear from to insure we were on the same page. He listened carefully and when I was done, he asked a couple of questions to clarify. He knew exactly what needed to be done and he performed quickly and efficiently. Allan sent me an email with the details of what was done and he asked that I check my email before he left so that of I had any questions he could answer them.
