Power Pro Plumbing was referred to me by one of the nationwide hardware stores. This company is very organized and efficient. I received a call from the main office within 30 minutes after I purchased my new garbage disposal and kitchen faucets from the hardware store. Juan was very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided me with several quotes under different pricing options. Unfortunately, the quotes provided were too high as compared to the installation charge listed on the hardware store website or quoted by the sales associate at that store. I’m unable to provide rating for the quality of service because I didn’t hire this company for this small installation project. The 3-star rating for the overall experience is mainly related to the pricing provided for my small installation project.

Thanks a million to service tech Niko and Power Pro Pluming. From my initial call; their HQ scheduler provided me a 2hr window arrival and showed up on time, professional company polo & logos uniform = this firm is defo customer service oriented; they must have sent their people to the Chika Fila training academy 👍 Upon arrival, Niko very cordial and took the time to go through a full HVAC methodical process with visual inspection, then systems check, then temp check. He explained everything real time & took me thru process with tech detail on what was working, the HVAC needed on attention and operations functions check. He kinda reminds me of working with my trusted family cousins whom own similar business out of state. Finally, Niko summarized everything with detail specifics on the invoice which I did not know I needed until I presented to the Home Inspector.
