Alejandro is one of the most professional people I have ever worked with. He was very communicative and would give me updates on the progress of the ac unit. Julian recently did a service call for and came to assess our issue that we thought we had leak below our house which is a crawl space; and to our relief there were no signs of any. I cannot say enough great things about Miguel. From start to finish, this experience exceeded my expectations. Miguel was incredibly friendly, meticulous, and thorough in the work he did. He went above and beyond what was expected, leaving my bathroom cleaner than he found it—a rare and greatly appreciated gesture. What really impressed me was Miguel’s problem-solving and attention to detail. When some parts were missing for the toilet installation, he found replacements in his truck without hesitation. He even helped me install my bidet, pointing out that it would be much harder to do so after the toilet was in place. His expertise and thoughtfulness saved me a lot of hassle. Miguel’s professionalism and positive attitude made him a joy to have working in my home. He is, without a doubt, one of the best repairmen I’ve had the pleasure of working with this year.
