We were very happy with the courteous and knowledgeable service technicians who came to check our heat pump. They spent a long time thoroughly checking everything inside and out. We requested that they give us an overview of what we should know and check throughout the year. They were very patient and covered everything we wanted to know even though the day was getting late and they had another service call to complete. He also adjusted our thermostat settings to be more user friendly for us.
